Lately, I had started watching tennis and I came across the female tennis legend – Maria Sharapova. With a whopping 79.0% career record, I bet there would hardly be any tennis enthusiast that wouldn’t admire her. The curiosity led me to find out more about her personal life, and favorite things one of which was her stellar Land Rover LR2. She once said, “I drive a Land Rover at my home in the USA. Since I was 15 and first saw Land Rovers in the US, I have admired their unique design and British-ness. I currently have Range Rovers, but I am a big fan of the new Freelander 2. I love the fact I can use my I-Pod straight through its sound system, and I can get my coach, my dad, my agent, and all my equipment in, too.”
It was at that moment that I wanted to buy an LR2 for myself. While curiosity and celebrity infatuation inspires you with big dreams and hopes, the bank balance gives you a reality check. Searching online I came across online salvage auction platforms and specifically the AutoBidMaster site. Salvage cars were an interesting way of both fulfilling my dream of having my desired vehicle but also keeping my costs in check as compared to buying a brand new model. While I was searching for different categories on the auction site, I stumbled across a damaged Range Rover for sale listing at an attractive price. I decided to read up on damaged cars through FAQs and AutoBidMaster reviews. Apart from tidbits about buying damaged cars from the platform, through the AutoBidMaster reviews I got to know about their stellar customer service and reach across the United States. After a basic sign-up, I searched for my desired LR2 model, it was categorized as damaged and was priced very low.
I checked the reports and there were some issues with the engine compartment but the overall condition was worth my money putting on. I decided to go with this damaged Range Rover for sale and shortlisted the 2010 model. Remember to check important details such as odometer, primary & secondary damages carefully to estimate repair cost before participating AutoBidMaster’s live bids.
Anyway, lucky for me I won the bid and received the car within a week. I got some changes, as well as some modifications in its engine compartment, done and now I just have to get it retitled. Thanks to AutoBidMaster and their seamless shipping service, I can now own my very own Land Rover LR2.
